Matching Quilted Jacket — Women's & Kids' PDF Sewing Pattern
Women's XS–2XL + Kids' 2–12 · Scalloped collar · Snap front · Instant download

One pattern, two jackets that truly match. This boxy quilted jacket is drafted in women's AND kids' sizes, with a scalloped round collar, a snap front, rounded patch pockets and elastic-gathered cuffs. Every collar in every size has the same 19 scallops — on the mother's jacket and the child's, only the scallop size changes.

✔ WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT
✔ Two size ranges in one pattern: women's XS–2XL and kids' 2–12
✔ The same 19-scallop collar on every size, so the set really matches
✔ Fully lined, no binding: every seam is enclosed inside
✔ The snap band has no batting, so standard plastic snaps hold firmly
✔ Sleeves are set in flat — the easiest way to sew a sleeve in a quilted fabric
✔ Ready-to-wear details: a smaller under collar so the seam never shows, an ease pleat in the lining, a shaped sleeve cap and bust length on the women's fronts
✔ You quilt first, then cut, so quilting shrinkage never reaches your seams
✔ Lengthen/shorten lines on the body and sleeves, plus a fit adjustment guide
