The back pocket off an old pair of jeans becomes the front pocket of the bag. Rivets, topstitching and all.
That's the idea the whole design is built around: strips of worn denim alternated with a bold floral, cut across a curved sling shape that wraps from one shoulder to the opposite hip. The denim brings the texture and the history; the floral stops it looking like a work bag. The strap is part of the body, so it runs in one continuous curve with no hardware at the shoulder.
A keyring tab at the side holds your keys where you can find them without opening anything.
One or two pairs of old jeans and a fat quarter or two of print. Everything else is already in your wardrobe.
